Calvin's into Sushi. Not just in the eating but cooking it too. I think he got the bug when he attended the Shushi King Workshop organised by Sungai Long Buddhist Society.
Since he has tried making sushi first hand at Shushi King, this is a refresher course for him. I picked this video because the cook is able to roll the sushi without the bamboo sheet.
I like this "HOW TO MAKE SUSHI RICE" video by Sushi Monsters.
If not the sushi, I wonder when we will ever get a chance to eat regular rice cooked by Calvin.
