Crispy Smashed Potatoes

The next time you boil your ABC soup, do a "planned over" and add more whole potatoes so that you can cook this Crispy Smashed Potatoes dish.

 

As we do not use olive oil in Chinese cooking, I  have replaced it with garlic oil.
