There is always leftover rice in the house because I usually cook more than I need for the day. I am exploring other ways to eat them.
I discovered that I can make rice roti or rice ball to pan fry by blending the rice.

I can also make spicy strips by pounding it up into a dough, flatten and cut it up into strips to steam before stir frying them with spices.
