I changed my mind. The easiest way to cut bell peppers is to cut both ends off first.
These I will keep to cook my Sweet and Sour Pork dish.
I have just discovered a way to serve bell pepper and that is to stuff it with cooked potatoe cut into cubes before I air fry it.
I cut the top off the bell pepper and use the potato from my ABC soup. This is what I did to make the potato more flavourful before I air fry the stuffed bell pepper.
